Dear shadows locked inside those gathered here, the time has come for your release. We will break the chains that bind you. Welcome all to the feast. Teach us this in darkness. We welcome all our demons.

We are Zero, we are cliff-bound. Wide-eyed heroes, falling. Journey calls. Forging the path that we walk alone, dragging the past. Shedding old auras from our worst days, embracing masks. Forget this undead ego! Accept the sympathy of gravity, rock hard alar. Don't break this hematite and quartz heart, arcane killer. Forget this undead ego! No return, no return, no return from this. I'm reborn, yeah I'm reborn. I'm reborn in this. Tear down the walls of your blind fate, call out the stars. Now tell the story of your best day, brighter by far. Remember who you are now! Expand with every breath your lungs take, lips part in awe. Unlock the chest inside your dark place, trust in the fall. Remember who you are now! No return, no return, no return from this. I'm reborn, yeah I'm reborn. I'm reborn in this. We come, we seek we are reborn.

How could I be so blind? I should have seen the signs - fingers lined with papercuts a bit too deep to hide. A disappointing sight - I wake to find that I'm trapped inside a cage. I swore so many times I'd broken free. These walls made of blades, keeping me in. I still see my face, reflected. I got myself into this familiar prison. Once I find the key to my escape, I'm never coming back. It happens all the time. It's avoidance in disguise - tarted up like freedom laced with fear, regret and lies. It's always the same line: "I swear, I promise...", god I just wish I didn't have to work so fucking hard just to feel normal. These walls made of blades, keeping me in. I still see my face, reflected. I got myself into this familiar prison. Once I find the key to my escape, I'm never coming back. Things have got to change. I will find a way to stop self-sabotaging my own story. This shit ends today. I will not betray... this time I'll keep all of the promises I made.
4.
There's nothing I can hide - I've never been so alive. So what if I cough when I gasp and I cry when I laugh - I'm okay. And still on the inside - the enemy survives. So what if my hands still shake and my heart still aches? I'm okay! Try and see with your eyes where the lightning strikes. Lit up a path that had never been so bright. We shed our skin, but the proof disintegrates. I guess I'm in for the long haul anyway. I can take it, I can take it all... Lay it on me, I will take it all... Your chemical kiss and fresh scars upon my hand. Damn right, I've seen it all and I lived to tell - I'm okay. Hang proof around my neck, but the albatross is dead. Damn right, I raised my corpse outta broken glass - I'm okay! Try and see with your eyes where the lightning strikes. The battle's over but I still got a war to fight. We shed our skin, but the proof disintegrates. I guess I'm in for the long haul anyway. Burn this tower down and start over again. Turn it upside-down and dive over the edge. Shake the sky and bring down the lightning! Burn that fucker down!
